The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Foundation needs your help to provide 47 high school students a college
scholarship for the upcoming school year. The students and schools, both private and public are all from Kankakee
County.
I am asking for your support to help us with this goal. With colleges an expensive venture for these individuals, any
help that we and the community can give them will help with their burden for independence in the future.
The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Foundation is sponsoring a scholarship lunch on Sunday, August 17, 2025
at the Quality Inn in Bradley, Illinois. It is entitled “Where My Fans At” and will feature a buffet, vendors and a Fashion
Show.
At the luncheon we will have a printed program where you can advertise your business or organization to show your
support. As a sponsor there are several opportunities to ensure this event is a success that will offer scholarship monies.
