DCEO has announced $31.5 million in funding as part of the Regional Site Readiness Program.

Eligible applicants include:

1.  Local governments
2. Economic development organizations
3. Nonprofit organizations
4.  For-profit organizations
5. Private landowner

Eligible projects include (but not limited to):

1. Land acquisition and related expenses
2. Appraisal, surveying, real estate, and legal fees
3. Title transfer taxes
4. Land preparation, if done as part of a larger grant funded, bondable project
5. Clearing, grading, drainage
6. Infrastructure expenses
7. Utility construction
8. Roadway construction
9. Water and sewer construction
10. Rail access
11. Environmental remediation, if done as part of a larger grant funded, bondable project
